TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1. CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT By creating a booking with Fly Wise Albania LTD ("The Agency", "We", "Us"), you ("The Client", "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made via our website, email, or direct communication. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.
2. PAYMENT TERMS 2.1. Immediate Payment: For most flight-only bookings and promotional offers, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the fare. 2.2. Deposits and Balance: For specific holiday packages where a deposit is permitted:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days (or as specified in your booking confirmation) before the travel date. 2.3. Non-Payment: If the full balance is not received by the due date, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. No travel documents will be issued until full payment is cleared. We are not responsible for price increases resulting from late payments.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 3.1. Agency Role: Fly Wise Albania LTD acts solely as an agent. The liability for the performance of the travel service lies with the third-party supplier (Airline, Hotel, or Tour Operator). 3.2. Supplier Policies: Cancellations and refunds are strictly subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party supplier. Please note that most economy flight tickets and promotional hotel rates are non-refundable and non-changeable. 3.3. Service Fees: The Agency’s service fee covers the consultation, booking, and processing work performed by us. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the trip is cancelled by the provider or the client. 3.4. Refund Processing: If a supplier approves a refund, it will be processed back to the Client's original payment method. The Agency may deduct an administrative processing fee of £30 / €35 per passenger from the refunded amount.
4. CHANGES & AMENDMENTS Any changes to dates, names, or itineraries requested by the Client after booking are subject to availability and will incur supplier change fees plus an Agency administration fee. It is the Client's responsibility to provide accurate names as per their passport at the time of booking.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 5.1. Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking, or schedule changes made by airlines or hotels. 5.2. Travel Documents: It is the Client's sole responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and entry permits for their destination. The Agency is not liable for visa refusals or entry denials at border control. 5.3. Insurance: We strongly recommend that all Clients purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
6. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS 6.1. Resolution: If you are dissatisfied with our service or a supplier's service, you agree to contact our support team immediately to resolve the issue before contacting your bank. 6.2. Chargebacks: By accepting these terms, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback for valid services rendered, non-refundable deposits, or cancellations caused by third-party suppliers (airlines/hotels) or your own decision not to travel.
7. GOVERNING LAW This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
